Lilis Medical developed EIR™ as a structured methodology for prospectively assessing whether the conditions required for evidence and innovation to move into routine, sustainable real-world use exist within the receiving health ecosystem.

Rather than beginning with implementation activities, EIR™ assesses readiness across the interconnected conditions that influence the absorption, adoption, adaptation and sustained integration of evidence-informed innovations.

EIR™ complements implementation science by helping identify and strengthen the enabling conditions for sustainable implementation before implementation begins.
